Custom apparel pricing comes down to a few drivers. Your quote spells out each one.
Quantity
Larger runs lower the price per piece. Minimums are 24 pieces for DTF and embroidery and 50 for screen printing, and bulk programs start at 200.
Decoration Method
Screen printing is the best value at volume, DTF suits full-color designs and smaller runs, and embroidery depends on logo size and stitch count.
Colors & Print Size
Screen printing is priced by the number of ink colors. DTF is priced by print size, with no color limit.
Print Locations
Front, back, sleeve or neck: each added location adds to the price per piece.
Garment
Brand, style, fabric and color all change the blank's cost, and 2XL and larger sizes usually cost more. You can also bring your own garments.
Turnaround & Setup
Standard turnaround has no rush fee. Same-day and rush orders add one. New designs can need screens or digitizing, and setup fees are waived on qualifying orders.

How much does custom t-shirt printing cost in Miami?

Why doesn't ONYX INK list prices on its website?
Every order is different. A fixed price list would overcharge simple orders or miss the real cost of complex ones, so each quote is built for your exact garments, decoration, quantity and deadline.
How fast will I get a quote?
Call or chat with your design and quantity, and we'll quote your exact price in minutes. Large or complex orders may need a few details first, such as sizes or garment choice.
What is the minimum order?
24 pieces for DTF printing and embroidery, and 50 pieces for screen printing. Bulk pricing programs start at 200 pieces.
Is there a setup fee?
New designs can need setup: screens for screen printing or digitizing for embroidery. Setup fees are waived on qualifying orders, and your quote shows any setup up front.
How long does a custom order take?
Standard turnaround is 9 business days after you approve your proof. Same-day DTF printing and rush orders are available with a rush fee.
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes. We decorate customer-supplied garments. Tell us the garment brand and fabric when you ask for your quote, so we can confirm the right decoration method.
Do you ship, or do I pick up?
Either. Pickup is at our Doral facility, 2198 NW 82nd Ave, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Pickup at our Coral Gables office is by appointment. Shipping is quoted with your order.
