Same-day printing is for DTF orders on garments you bring, Monday through Friday. Here's the whole process.
1. Order Before Noon
Call or chat before 12:00 PM EST with your design, quantity and print size. We confirm same-day capacity and your quote right away.
2. Bring Your Garments
Same-day orders are printed on shirts you supply. Bring them to our Doral production facility at 2198 NW 82nd Ave.
3. We Print In-House
Your full-color DTF transfers are printed and pressed on our own production floor in Doral.
4. Pick Up by 5:30 PM
Your order is ready the same day by 5:30 PM. Same-day orders include a rush fee, confirmed in your quote.
What Qualifies for Same-Day
DTF Printing
Orders placed before noon EST, from 24 pieces. No fixed maximum: it depends on that day's capacity, and we confirm it when you order.
Embroidery
Same-day on qualifying orders, subject to capacity. Call to check your design and quantity. See our embroidery services.
Screen Printing
Screens and press setup take time, so screen printing is same-day only in special cases, from 50 pieces.
Not in a Rush?
Choose our standard turnaround and skip the rush fee. We can supply the garments too, so you get shirts and printing in one quote. Large runs from 200 pieces go through our bulk printing program.

What is the cutoff time for same-day printing?
Noon EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after noon aren't eligible for same-day, but call us and we'll give you the fastest available date.
Do I need to bring my own shirts for same-day?
Yes. Same-day orders are printed on garments you supply. If you'd like us to source the shirts, choose our standard turnaround and we'll quote the garments and printing together.
Is there a minimum or maximum quantity for same-day?
Same-day DTF orders start at our standard 24-piece minimum. There's no fixed maximum: it depends on that day's production capacity, and we confirm your quantity when you order.
Does same-day printing cost more?
Yes. Same-day orders include a rush fee on top of standard pricing. The exact amount depends on your order, and we confirm it in your quote before you commit.
Can I get embroidery or screen printing the same day?
Embroidery can be same-day on qualifying orders, subject to capacity, so call to check your design and quantity. Screen printing needs screens and press setup, so it's same-day only in special cases, with its 50-piece minimum.
Where do I pick up a same-day order?
At our Doral production facility, 2198 NW 82nd Ave, Doral, FL 33122, Monday through Friday until 5:30 PM. Our Coral Gables office is open by appointment.
